Born at Bagh Amberpet in Hyderabad Urban Taluk on 2-03-1943.
Educated at Sultan Bazar and Chadarghat High Schools, Hyderabad, New Science College and Osmania University College of Science, University College of Law, Osmania University. 
Enrolled as Advocate on 10-01-1966 and started practice in all branches of law, Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Revenue and Taxation Laws. 
Practised in the Supreme Court of India at New Delhi also. 
Appointed as Judge of the Andhra High Court on 25-11-1991. 
Elevated as Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Madras on 12-09-2001. 
Transferred to High Court of Kerala on 21-11-2004.
Due to retire on 02-03-2005.
